Nina Las Vegas (Nina Agzarian) has become one of the most influential figures in the Australian music scene, passionately dedicating herself to promoting and celebrating the sounds of underground dance music from both Australia and abroad. Nina spent 10 years in broadcast radio as a host and programmer on triple j, hosting her own weekly radio program House Party every Saturday night. After producing mixtapes, podcasts and radio specials, she was eventually coerced into becoming a DJ. Since then she has played every major music festival in Australia including Big Day Out, Stereosonic, Splendour In The Grass, Groovin' The Moo and Parklife. She is sought after overseas and has played US festivals Coachella, HARD, Holy Ship!, Voodoo Fest and SxSW. Nina also promotes her own tours in Australia and abroad under the banner of NLV Presents. In November 2015 Nina started her own label, NLV Records. Committed to championing eclectic and essential underground dance music. NLV Records has since released music by Swick, Strict Face, Air Max '97, Lewis Cancut, Hi Tom and Herself. Upcoming releases include music by new signee American UNiiQU3, as well as singles from Air Max '97, Swick and an EP from Lewis Cancut She's a constant champion of the next crop of underground Australian producers, MCs and DJs -- before they've even hit radio -- helping them connect with a strong, grass-roots audience around the country through her wide network and multiple ventures including NLV Records, NLV Presents and her own live performances.
